Founder
My name is Cassie Elizabeth, and in addition to being a seasoned investor, I am a legal and policy professional with a background in international business, civil rights and juvenile justice reform. My work has spanned multiple systems- from courtrooms to classrooms- with a focus on creating equitable pathways for youth and families.
Over the last three years, I have worked in the consumer protection field, holding corporations accountable and helping to ensure that the systems meant to protect people actually serve them. I have also worked on legislative solutions impacting juvenile rights, diversion programs, and family policy, always centering the most vulnerable voices in the room.
Mission
After years of witnessing how economic systems, when left unchecked, perpetuate injustice, I founded De Jure Legacy to close the gap between legal rights, financial literacy, and generational wealth.
The mission is simple:
To empower communities with the tools they were historically denied, and to teach youth that legacy isn’t inherited— it’s built.

These materials are created for educational purposes only. All materials are derived from sources believed to be accurate and reputable at the time of creation.
While our hope is to equip youth with lifelong skills, these programs do not guarantee financial success, business results, or personal outcomes.
